Customer Service

These smiling, kind and dedicated folks greet you as you come through the door or call on the phone. Serving you is their goal. You will see this department for Certified Custom Garment Measurements (compression garments for arm, leg, various body parts and the whole body) and Certified Mastectomy Fitting (lingerie, brassieres, wigs and swim wear) ordering beds, walkers, ostomy, urinary, wound care supplies or anything else. Meeting your needs, providing the most appropriate  supplies or equipment to make your quality of life better is their mission.

Billing

This “back office” department is integral to your insurance company being billed and processing your claims.

Rehabilitation Seating and Positioning

Mobility, Positioning and Adaption is the focus in this department. Custom modifications on wheelchairs (power or manual) are their specialty. This team is headed by a National Certified Assistive Technology Professional (ATP). This  assures that you or your loved one will receive quality care and the latest in technology and products. We can assist anyone, pediatric to geriatric and bariatric. Wheelchairs, manual and power, custom adaptations, positioning equipment and custom controls, specific to your level of needs is the focus of these caring folks.

Technical Service

This factory trained and certified department is your “go to” place for repairs on scooters, manual or power wheelchairs, stair glides or power lifts. They provide  installation of vehicle lifts and stair glides. Feel free to call us for service on any products you’ve purchased from us or purchased elsewhere.

Purchasing, Inventory and Special Orders

This department keeps the shelves full and finds those hard to locate items for you. No search is too small. If it is out there, they will locate and bring it in for you.
